Keep The Libraries.

In the UK the government have took consideration in closing the libraries. There is no need for this for Libraries is the place where all the magic happens. Libraries are the place where imagination was born and has brought happiness to all. Libraries are the place where all the history comes into your mind. This is the place where you get lost in great pieces of writing. In this post I will be taking a stand and saying why we should not close the libraries in the UK.

I do not agree with closing libraries. Libraries are a place where people can access internet for free and get books to read for free, for the people who might not have the internet at home. When you have libraries you can get lost in ideas that are so wonderful. Libraries have also many other uses like for homework it is quiet there so you can do your homework in peace.Libraries also are great because it widens your vocabulary because the books have words that you may not know and it can make you smarter.

My 3 Objects

When I was young, about 5 or 6 years old, everyone supported a team. I was the only one who didn’t and everyone would go on and talk about their team that they supported and then they would turn to me, and ask me, “Which team do you support?” I would say “I don’t support any teams”and they would go “Oh okay” and walk away.Alone, Isolated, and left out. So when I got home,( because I felt bad about being the only one not having a team) I went to the couch and started watching television and Real Madrid and Barcelona were playing. I said “These two teams, everyone supports them I want to be different”. A little while later I remembered another team, Manchester United but the only problem with that is my brother supported them (I don’t really like my brother). Another reason I wouldn’t want to support them is because they have a lot of supporters, Then I saw on a different channel (Sky Sports HD 2) that Chelsea were playing. They weren’t so good when I saw them, so I decided maybe I should support the blues and at that moment I realized that it was a good choice. It has been 7 years supporting Chelsea and in those years they have been working their way up to become one of the world’s best football teams. This is why Chelsea is so important to me and this is why I chose it.

I had just joined a football club this year it is called KLYS ( Kuala Lumpur Youth Soccer) and I really enjoy it. It was my very first time playing in a tournament for KLYS and we had worked our way up to the finals which was ended in penalties. It was very intense as one of our players shot slipped and and scored. Everyone was cheering this is why it is such an important thing to me, it brings back such wonderful memories.This medal was given to me by the hosts of the the tournament Little League. I also remember when our player scored the last penalty and everyone dog piled all over him and he was so happy.Diary of a Wimpy Kid .I read the first few pages and I got fascinated the pictures the font the way it was written it was like a sudden BOOM I knew I was going to love this book after I finished the first one I said to myself in my mind “aw there ar

e no more Diary of a Wimpy Kid “ until the next day when my friend brought his green one to class I was like “The wimpy kid is a series!?!?!” I was so happy the day after but because the library only had the first two I ordered them online and it took a week to get but it was so worth it those books will be in my memory forever this is why these books are important to me.

My name Pejman

My Name

Pejman. To me this name seems like a very warm name, as if I’m taking steps one by one, barefoot on a hot sunny day in the Sahara Desert. My name is orange. Maybe because the Sahara has orange sand maybe because it is hot in the Sahara and when I think of hot it means a blazing shimmering burst of sunshine. My name is unique outside of Iran. I have lived all my life outside Iran and my name ties me to my culture and land and how I think about it, it is a land of all seasons from breaths of ice in the winter, to soaring heat in the summer, to brown leaves in autumn, and to colorful flowers in spring.

My name is always pronounced wrong.It’s always either Peejmin or Peshman and even Pedjmon.It is very annoying at times so I just tell people to just call me PJ until they eventually start saying my name rite.

The name Pejman has a variety of letters running from “A” all the way to “P”. Each letter is different in it’s own way, my favourite is the “J” because you can do a lot of things with it like make it swirly, or make like a star for the dot on top and and you can even make it plain which I like to use a lot. The letter “J” sometimes because it is curly makes me happy most letters that have a curly flick at the end make me happy. I love is the letter “P”, it first letter of my name and it acts like the captain of the football team telling them what type of font we should use this time. It is bossing the other ones round and ordering them into line and making sure they are in the correct order. I am not fond of my signature,the only interesting part is the “P” and the “J” because that’s what makes it swirly.My signature will eventually over time grow into me that is what I think. When I get older my signature starts to change bit by bit until it looks professional.

My name was given to me by my parents, through struggles.It first turned out as Sam, then one of my cousins was given that name, so we didn’t want to take that name, then my mom said lets have something similar between My brother and I. So they came up with Arman, it turned out that one of my other cousins had just taken that (I’m pretty happy that I didn’t get that name, because it doesn’t fit me).The other name they had in their mind was PejMAN, and my brothers name is NariMAN so it turned out well. At times I really like my names at others I wished I had a Spanish name I don’t know why but I have a thing for Spanish names.If I were to change my name if I’d have to it would be Fernando Gonzales it just sounds really awesome. I wouldn’t change my name even if I would have to.

This name is one of the things I love most, it was given to me by my parents and it makes me feel happy .My name is Pejman Saghatchi.

The Quote. Why did I choose it???

Hello people, this is going to be my first blog post of 7th grade. What I am going to write about is why I chose this specific quote for my title. So... sit back relax and enjoy reading.

The reason I chose this quote was because it was so true and very fascinating because I had never heard it before,the reason I think it is true is one because Albert Einstein is a genius and two because it is true if only do one thing and you are perfect at it, it means that you have never done anything else to make mistakes.

Another reason is that it makes you want to do something else for once in your life and life is not all about being perfect it's the mistakes that make your life interesting.

Grade 7, Here I come!!!!! LOL

This year has been a real wild journey for us as 6th graders both socially and academically and even sometimes when I said wild I literally meant wild. I have been through bad moments and good moments, fun times and sad times, jolly times and angry times, but mostly I have been the happiest Pejman that there could be. Yeah that is rite I was a nervous student at the start of the year, but now look at me and see what I see. I see an epic awesome guy ( the king of epicness). At the very start at the orientation I looked at everyone I was very observant looking at the faces of the students one by one until.... I saw one face that looked straight at me it was the epicness of two people or just two people looking at each other but this was something different. I knew he was the one that would be my best friends. Then it turned out we were like Spongebob and Patrick it was totally incredible we were buddies for the whole year. I found out about in the middle of the school year that I needed some more friends this is where it happened. I was being awesome as usual and I found LILY, VICKY, and KATHLEEN then Alex, Lily, Vicky, Kathleen and I were best buds for the rest of the year always having parties and doing awesome things since I was there. So now they year has come to an end and we are writing this blog post to reflect on the marvellous life of grade 6.

The things that I have done this year that have made me proud academically (school wide) are probably the literature circles they were also the most challenging as well but I will mention them later in a different paragragh. They were really hard but when you finished it you got a feeling inside you that made you happy or successful ( for me it gave me the feeling of epicness ( you people wouldn't understand only Mr. Thomas and I) It felt awesome). You would say to yourself " OMG FINALLY I DID IT" . My favourite literature circle was the first one I did with Pratiti and Sheta I knew I worked hard on it. About 30 minutes a day for 7 days so much work but I looked at the Google document and I felt epic awesome and convinced that I would get an A on this thing because just as you looked at it it looked like a lot of work effort and sweat went into it.

The most challenging Part of my year was the very first tic tac toe we knew that we chose a hard tic tac toe to do but we had to work sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much on it to get it done and finished on the deadline. this was also hard because it was near the start of the year and we just came from elementary school and we didn't know how to think deeply enough to figure out what explanations go where and what examples go where and how our paragraphs should be organized. it was a very tough deal back then compared to our tic tac toe that we did recently. I also found the literature circles challenging because of again how to organize your paragraph how to get good examples and evidence and explanations. You actually had to think of questions with an infinite number of answers (are you serious) well that is what we said at the start of the year. We actually also had to connect with the book and this wasn't anything like elementary because we had to think.

This year I learnt a lot about myself by thinking I know I am a bit slow on things(like reading) and I knew this was going to be a problem . I had to also learn how to obviously learn best so we did these learning profiles and we found out how we learnt best in our year in grade six, I learnt that I am logical somehow and that I am suppose to be seated at the front of the class so I can hear things better.I also learnt in health that I am kinaesthetic which means I like to learn by moving around.

Behaviour

I would say I am Perfect not to brag but I know when it is the time to fool around and when it is not and when I do fool around I take my chances in the best situations.

Participation

I would say I actively participate in class as much as I can because I know there's loads of things out there that I can learn so I do clearly listen to what I am learning and when I don't understand something I get someone to make it clear to me by using different words.

Organization

I would say that I am satisfactory for my organization in my locker because it is a mess, but about handing in homework I think I am organized when it comes to that. I'm suppose to be organized with my locker since I'm logical but there's a mistake I think.

Effort

I would also say That I am satisfactory at that because I don't go above and beyond and I don't go below and beyond I'm in the middle but I do all my work.

My two goals for grade seven well....

1) I want to clean my locker and not to be messy in my locker.

2) I also want to go above and beyond on my work so I get better grades.

I actually do want you to know something. There is only one thing and it is... That I love acting funny and I like fooling around, and I laugh sooooooo much and that makes other people laugh because they say " my laugh is funny".

My favourite activity was the rap even though I went home sick on the day but I was hoping to do it because it's a time to fool around while rapping and you could choose a cool rap name like "Epic Pejman" .

WE SHOULD DO MORE RAP ABOUT THINGS.

YOU WILL SUFFER, no I'm just kidding it's actually very easy and so fun much more freedom and stuff, and remember it will be epic.

Would you want your future to be decided by others ? Why or Why not?

Another blog for school so this time it is about our literature circle books. So in this community that Jonas is living in is suppose to be a perfect community that has no danger except for your job being chosen for you. I would like my job to be chosen for me because when people see what you like spending time on and they can really understand what you like for a job or dislike. If we choose our job we would be like this I will show you " oh that one looks nice oh no maybe it's not good it doesn't have good pay, oh wait that one looks fun oh my god it's amazing oh no but I can't play basketball darn it" so you wouldn't be able to choose on what you can do. The bad part about choosing your own job is that sometimes your parents really want you to become what they want and you don't want to disappoint your dad do you? I don't either so your parents make you do a job that you hate and you will do bad at it because your bad at it and your stuck with it for life.

The good part for your job being chosen for you is that they know what you like. They know what you dislike and they know what your good at and what your not good at which means if I get my calculations correct (fun+Not fun+ good at+bad at= the perfect job).So you get a perfect job and it is good because you don't hate it and you get a good pay. Okay if you get a job you don't like at least you get a good pay isn't that what it's all about??? Oh so if you get a job that you hate and don't get a good pay then that means you haven't been working that hard. So it is all about having fun in your job so when you like your job you work better.

The best parts is for your job being chosen for you is that your job will have all the good things that you have needed in that job, they all come in handy at times.The bad thing about your job being chosen for you is that you might become a birth mother, that's the only scary thing that comes along.
